We have a variety of catalogs to offer. Each has a small fee to cover the cost of printing and mailing. Please check our catalog catalog. If you want several catalogs $8 will cover any number as long as they are being mailed to the continental USA. If you receive a Grobet tool catalog you will get a coupon for $5 off on a $50 order from that catalog placed within 3 months.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we offer wholesale prices on bulk orders to the trade for resale. To qualify as a wholesale customer with us you need to send:
a photocopy of your resale tax number,
a photocopy of your yellow page listing or other proof that you are buying for resale, and
a signed affidavit stating that everything you are buying is for resale and that you assume responsibility for sales tax on any items removed from stock for personal use.
We also require a minimum purchase on your first order of $200 (retail) to establish your wholesale account. We will supply wholesale pricing information when we receive the qualifying information requested above.
How can I pay for the purchases I select?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Novus and, of course, checks. Purchases made by check will be shipped after the check clears. If you using a credit card you may phone us at (410) 744-2155, fax us at (410) 242-2997 or place a special order with your credit card information. For purchases being made from outside the USA we require a credit card transaction so we do not have to deal with the rate of currency exchange.
Where are you located? Do you have regular business hours?
The Showroom is open from Noon to 6pm every day except Mondays & Tuesdays. Special closings are listed on our Calendar. Please come and visit us, you won't believe how much we can show you at our retail location! Check out the directions.
