Sandra sawed out backing plates to fit each of the oddly shaped cabachons, then soldered fine silver bezel to the backing.  She then added embellishments and attachements to each one using her soldering skills.  She set the stones and burnished each piece, then connected the links with her chain maille skills.  Finally, she added a hand made clasp.  Classes which contributed to her piece include Solderig and Silversmithing, Silverworking III (stone setting), How to buy and set stones, and Findings Solutions.  She has studied with Barbara Warnock, Murf Moorefield and Cindy Blackburn.
